New HRM - HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Hello,

I just got a HRM polar FT4 and i have no idea how to transfer data into the computer. How do i know how many cal I burned if i don't know how to read it? do any of you have a HRM like mine? Can you please tell me how to transfer data? thank you
