Deloading or Lowering Weight when bulking

So I decided that I am switching from cutting to Bulking. I am going to eat at maintenance for about a week then slowly add calories back in. I was told that I might need to lower the weight of my training and start building back up. Does anyone have advice on this topice.
Information:
I have been lifting on and off for about 5 years
This last cut lasted for 6 months, 237 to 175
During my cut I just lifted as heavy as I could every day.
