Hi everyone!
I am travelling to Europe for 4 weeks leaving this Saturday and want to steal some of your tips for staying in shape while I'm away! I currently exercise a lot (sometimes 2-3 hours a day) and I will definitely try to keep active overseas. I plan to run a few times a week and of course I will be walking about a lot doing touristy things....
The main issue I am going to have is with food and drinks. I will be eating out most of the time and I know even if I order healthy options (veggies and such) that a lot of the time even they are unhealthy - drizzled with lots of oil or butter. Plus because I will be catching up with friends there will be lots of drinking involved no doubt.
Who has some tips to help me stay in shape while away?

Just came back from spending 2 weeks in Europe and lost weight while there. There is soooo much walking there, do you have access to a gym too? If you stay very active and share portions you can have a little bit of everything without feeling deprived.0

I think I will try and go to a class a week perhaps - it's just going to be hard to fit in because I'm moving about so much!0
