Okay everyone... I have started day 1 of my 90 days to success plan :). This morning I did Turbo Jam, Punch and Kick. Because I have a lot of weight to lose, I am going to have to exercise in the morning and evening. Make sure I keep that metabolism up. :)

Quick Question::
How do you enter programs like P90x and Turbo Jam into the exercise tracker? They are not listed and I am not sure what the calorie burn is?

    you will have to guesstimate your burn by entering the activity under a similar title. I'm not sure about the activities you're doing, but compare them to say... running, or aerobics etc for an approximate amount.

    I'd really recommend you look into getting a heart rate moniter, which will closely monitor your caloric burn based on your heart rate- super cool and convenient- you can find them at any athletic store, online, or even at a store like Walmart.
  • Thanks Kerrilucko. Also Congrats on the Wedding!! :) Saw the ticker :)

    Congratulations to you on your 1st day of your success plan! Sounds like you're off to a good start!!

    As far as your exercise tracker - My Fitness Pal (MFP) will estimate your burn if you look under aerobicss & enter your exercise time. Just keep in mind that it's not the most accurate. I agree that you should look into a good heart rate monitor. I love my Polar F6 - costs about $109 from ****s Sporting Goods, I bought it online last year, with free shipping. It's still going strong & giving me all that I need from it.

    Anywho, good luck to you on your next 90 days!!

    Heart rate monitor is the best. For P90x workouts, I log it as circuit training in the cardio section.
