What Would A Long Term Healthy Calorie Consumption?

For my life I grew up poor, and my parents did not have money enough to feed the family. I counted the calories I ate in that time and it was less than 1000 calories. The weight I gained was up until I was 13.

So, I used the BMR calculator and it says my BMR is 1,870 calories a day. That is a lot more than I'm used to eating (double).

What I want to know, is if I'm walking 6 miles a day, 2 hours a day, doing mild weight lifting every other day, how many calories am I supposed to consume that the moment? Also, what would be a long term, healthy caloric intake?
