Need Exercises that I can Do - Without Walking/Running

I have nerve injury in my left leg and it hurts to stand/walk/run for more than 15 minutes at a time. After 15 minutes I have to sit down and raise my leg for at least 30 minutes to calm the nerve. Any suggestions of exercises that I can do? Need to work on my stomach. Can anyone help?
