whole wheat chocolate chip muffin?

so i have to eat breakfast at my high school and they serve whole wheat muffins. they are pretty big and i have no idea how many cals are in one.. i was thinking maybe 350. any guesses?

You may want tomaskmthem to weigh it on a food scale, with the accurate # of ounces, you'll get a better calorie estimate. Good luck.

If it's that big, it's probably 500+. Muffins are calorie bombs.
