Is it okay to carry over unused calories to the next day?

Hi all, it's just amazing how exercise can give you more calories to eat.
But I was wondering if it is okay to "carry over" the unused calories to the next day. I go to the gym 3 times a week (just started out), but sometimes I don't use all my calories on those days. I was wondering because I'm going out to eat tomorrow and thinking to use some of those calories then.
Is that cheating?
Thanks!

No, I do this every week so I can enjoy a day or two with extra calories to spend. As long as your weekly calories average out it makes no difference.0
