What does everyone have there goals set at? Lose 1 pound a week (recomended) or higher, lower?

I do not have daily goals, I just do my best and follow the plan.0

One pound a week is easy for me to do and, although it feels like it drags sometimes, comes off steady.
I'd rather something I can stick with than something I can't.0
