Hey guys!
My friend introduced me to this site and it definitely motivated me to start my new fitness journey. Being a photographer I am constantly around models who are thin, slim, toned.
I previously started a weight lost journey last year where I lost 40lbs. Sadly I strayed from my healthy lifestyle since I was mostly doing it alone but have managed to keep that weight off.
But now my head is back in the game. I could use the support.
My goal is to lost another 45-50 lbs.

Hey Chaoticchelle,
I have just hooked on to this site too. I have been on a programme for a month now and have put on 4 kilos. Must be all muscle?????????????

thanks for the support, and yes I hear if you're trying to tone you might gain but it's muscle and not fat which is good in the long run of course.
