Getting back to it - mornings...

I am a big P90X fan. I got the program for Christmas last year and completed the program twice. I was not happy with my results at the end of the first 90 days so I did it again and got where I wanted to be. I started a maintenance program and then....I sold my house.
After that things got crazy and I spent all my time at work and packing getting ready to move, combined with trying to find a place to live before the new owners took possession. So I stopped...
Since I got into my new house, it has been one excuse after the other.
It has become clear to me that I need to get up early in the morning to do P90X which is perhaps the most difficult challenge for me to overcome. But there is just not enough time between work and kids to get it done at night.
Any other early risers out there? What's your secret? How do you stay motivated to keep getting up early?
I will likely have to get up each day at 5am to get the workout in, get a shower, breakfast and get to work.

As soon as you get up in the morning, drink a big glass of ice cold water. It will wake up and hydrate you before you workout.0

My little one was waking me up at 5 am every morning. So I started pushing her bed time back a little later each night and she now wakes around 6:30. I find myself still on the 5 am schedule, however, so I drag myself out of bed (that's the major step right there. The longer you lay relaxing in the covers the more enticed you will be to go back to sleep) wash my face and brush my teeth. After that, I'm usually awake and begin with some yoga or other stretching then right into step aerobics. Helps a ton to just do it and get it over with. I actually have more energy this way than if I went back to bed for that hour.0
