Walk 30 minutes first thing out of bed.
Breakfast (cereal, coffee) at 7:30am
Morning snack around 10:30
Lunch around 12:30 or 1:00
Sometimes lunchtime walk of 20 minutes
Afternoon Snack around 3:00
sometimes another small snack around 5:00pm
Dinner 6:30pm
Exercise with Wii Fit 3 nights per week after 8:00pm
This has been my routine for 3 weeks as of today. I have lost 8 lb in those three weeks, by keeping to roughly 1400 net calories and following the above routine.0 -
5-7 meals. typically 6.
7:00, 10:00,1:00, 4:00, 7:00, 10:00 are roughly the times.
I exercise at 5:30 a.m. 3 days a week and around 7 pm 1-2 days a week.
snacks are incorporated into my meal times (such as fruit or fiber bars) and I try to make sure I have nothing inbetween. If i can't make it 3 hours between meals then I probably did something wrong with my last meal. i.e. didn't get 20-30g protein a healthy fat and complex carb.
On days that I get it all correct I dont feel like i'm on a calorie cut0 -
Breakfast + Protein shake: 6:30am
Morning snack: 9:30am
Lunch: 12:00pm
Afternoon snack: Somewhere between 2:30-4:00pm
Work out: 4:30-6:00pm
Protein shake: 6:00pm
Dinner: Somewhere between 7:00-9:00pm0 -
Alarm goes off 4:45 am
Exercise 5-6 am (3 days cardio, 3 days weights)
Protein shake w/ water ~6:20 am (~250 cals)
Lunch 11:30-noon (~750 cals)
Dinner ~6:30 (~750 cals)
"After Dinner" 8:30 - 9:30 pm (~1500 cals)
Bed 9:30 - 10:00 pm
17 8-ounce cups of water, 3 Cherry Coke Zeros, and 3 - 5 cups of black coffee through-out the day.
Sleep and repeat. My diary's open.0 -
I shoot for every 3 hours0
-
... when I am hungry.... But mainly the 3 meals a day with snacks in between.0
-
I eat 5 meals a day. I workout after breakfast (between 8a - 10a) and then my post-workout meal is typically my biggest of the day.0
-
same, about every 3 hours. i have a protein shake right after my workout.
i really eat when i'm hungry & stop when i'm full.0 -
I eat six times a day. Easy...0
-
I eat before and after workouts (more carbs before, more protein after), and the rest of the day, I eat when I'm hungry. And I probably eat most of my calories late in the day, but haven't had any trouble losing weight.0
-
Every 3-4 hours. Workout first thing in the morning or early evening (cardio 1-2 times a week and weight training 2-3 times--different days). Follow weight training with a protein shake and then a meal with a good balance of protein, fat and carbs an hour or so later.0

i eat about 4 meals a day. on days i work my eating schedule is pretty set. eat a protein bar on the way in, yogurt on my first 10, a turkey sando and hummus for lunch, if i have a last 10 its usually some nuts or a protein shake because i work out before dinner, then dinner, and if i have the cals i'll usually round up the day with a treat like a mini ice cream or piece of chocolate. days i dont work are kind of a mess. i try to fit 3 meals in and a snack but sometimes it ends up just being 3 meals since i tend to sleep in super late lol0

On a good day...
Breakfast 0530 - 400 cals
Morning Snack 0945 - 200 cals
Lunch 1215 - 500 cals
Afternoon Snack 1500 -200 cals
Dinner 1930 - 600 cals0 -
6 times a day, 3 200-400 calorie meals with 100-200 calories snacks in between. I prefer to exercise in the morning so I have a better idea how to eat for the day, but I usually can't make it to the gym until 7 or 8pm. I prefer to eat mini-meals because I can't eat tons at once. I noticed I tend to get hungry at 10am and 3pm so I try to have a snack planned for around then, and I usually have another in the evening.0
-
wake up around 8, do work around the house and then eat breakfast around 11.
i eat around 200-250 calories every two hours or so0 -
Eat at 9am, 1pm, 5pm and 9pm. Sticking to a schedule has been an eye opener for me in weight loss terms, it has really worked.0

Im usually up about 2am. so my day starts a tad earlier that most of you.
I start every day with a latte cup of coffee and a lil cream, and a small glass of either tomato juice or grapefruit juice. NO food
About 630 is what I consider a mach breakfast and there begins my foody day
Every hour or two I snack on something. Cheese stick / Sausage stick, popcorn, PICKLES!!!(I eat pickles throughout the morning) Maybe a rice cake, an apple, a piece of meat from supper the night before, cucumber slices.
By 1030 my "eat time" has ended until....
...... about 415 when Im home and my fiance' has a salad made for me.
We usually have our evening meal about 6.
Sometimes after my workout (about 7--730) I will have a no sugar added ice cream bar or sandwich.
By 9 Im in bed in preparation for another day0 -
Breakfast: between 8am (weekdays) to 11am (weekends or holidays)
Lunch: 12nn (weekdays), 2-3pm (weekends or holidays)
Snack: 4pm (weekdays), 5-6pm (weekends or holidays)
Dinner: usually around 9-11pm
Note: I'm normally not a morning person so those weekend/holiday schedule is actually what I call my normal routine. Of course during weekdays, I'm forced to eat earlier since I work from 8am-5pm.0 -
This is interesting! Although we can see our friends' diaries, it doesn't usually indicate what times/intervals they take their food over a day.
As for myself:
On waking (about 7.45 a.m) I have a cup of tea
9 to 9.30 breakfast (after dropping my youngest off at school).
No morning snack (maybe just a coffee) but lunch around 1pm
Coffee & afternoon snack about 3.30 - 4pm
Main meal of the day around 7pm
Small snack (usually a packet of low-fat crisps) before bed (I go to bed quite late!).
I'm quite regimented about it *when* I'm being good, but I do have days when it all goes "pear-shaped" :ohwell:
This is a typical day, but when I work nightshift (x 3 nights over a 2-week period) I obviously have to do things quite differently0 -
During the weekdays it's pretty scheduled
7.30am - Breakfast
12pm - Lunch
6.30-7pm - Dinner
7.30pm - dessert if wanted and within calories
I try not to snack , as I have fixed braces and it's a pain to keep brushing my teeth all the time!!0 -
Breakfast 7:00
Snack- usually an apple or carrot or something like that 10:30
Lunch 12:30
Snack about 4:30
Dinner is anytime between 7pm and midnight depending on how carried away i get doing something else. Dinner also usually accounts for at least half of my daily calories :-)0 -

My times can vary depending on my daily schedule, but generally speaking:
I work out in the morning (bikram yoga) only having water and sometimes a coconut water to hydrate for the session.
Come home and eat breakfast
Mid-morning snack
Lunch
Depending on how hungry I am, sometimes I have a mid-afternoon snack
Dinner
I am not eating any kind of desserts atm as I am off sweets entirely0 -
Week days
Breakfast 8.30 - 9 When I get into work
Brunch 10.30
Lunch 12.30
Tea 2.45
Protein shake after work out (between 5.30 - 7.30)
Dinner 8.30
Snacks after dinner and between going to bed at 10.30
Today is different as I had a PT session at 6.30 am followed by some cardio as too early for work. Will still work out this evening. I also swim for 20 mins twice a week during my lunch break. Saturday is my running day (5.5 miles) and Sunday is a day of rest.0 -
I usually eat 4 solid meals and one snack. I eat whenever I want to.. I used to do a time limit, but I found myself constantly thinking about food, so I stopped that0
