I am a stay at home mom to a one year old and need some tips on a quick work out i can do at home that will deliver results. I really want to lose the rest of my baby weight and tighten my stomach up. Any help would be appreciated :happy:

Look into Crossfit workouts. They are quick (usually 20 mintues or less), many of them you can just use your own body weight (no equipment needed!), and get results. Google it and you can find tons of ideas!0
