Any suggestions on at home exercises?

I am a stay at home mom to a one year old and need some tips on a quick work out i can do at home that will deliver results. I really want to lose the rest of my baby weight and tighten my stomach up. Any help would be appreciated :happy:

  • Look into Crossfit workouts. They are quick (usually 20 mintues or less), many of them you can just use your own body weight (no equipment needed!), and get results. Google it and you can find tons of ideas! :)

    Love this for a quick workout... I do 3-5 rounds... It's fun to see if you can beat your previous time :)

    30 jumping jacks
    5 push ups
    25 high knees
    7 burpees
    10 sit ups
    7 squats
    5 push ups
    10 sit ups
    5 push ups
    7 squats
    30 jumping jacks
    1 minute wall sit
    5 push ups
    25 high knees

    Ditto. Your baby may think its a fun game and want to imitate you. (My kids do!) And you can do what you have time for--you'd be surprised at what only 15-20 minutes of calisthenics, done consistently, can do for you!
