Hi everyone,

I have about 30 lbs to lose and my goal is to do it slow and steady, watching my sugar / gi and my calories.

In my personal life right now I am a mom to two wonderful kids aged 9 and 5. I am currently seperated from my husband, won't get into too much there but let's just say he had wandering eye syndrome.....so yes there is some stress in my life and that's why I'm going for slow and steady. I don't need to starve myself right now, I want to be satisfied and healthy and let the weight come off half pound to a pound a week is ok by me.

I look forward to getting to know you all better.
