Hi! I read about MFP over a month ago and signed up, but didn't do anything with it. Then a couple weeks ago my sister in law called to say that she and her daughter and another sister in law were here and told me I should do it too! Talk about serendipity! So, I started keeping a diary (even during my first week...my vacation!) and I actually lost a pound! So...now that I'm off vacation, I really want to commit and get active with support here!

I'm 57 and I live in NH. I ended up gradually regaining about 60 of the 75 pounds I had lost several years ago and I don't like the way I feel and at my annual physical my cholesterol level was high. Told my Dr. I knew it was in direct correlation to my weight, so I really want to feel better and be healthier and I also want to look good and feel good in cute clothes! Sick of putting myself on the back burner!

Anyone want to be friends?!
