Video online for 5lb weights

Hello All,

I have been committed to cardio and now I want to incorporate weights.

I would prefer to do this in the privacy of my own home so I am looking for a video guide.

Do you know of any good videos on youtube.com for 5lb weight workouts?

30 day shred is available on youtube. I am able to get through most of the workout with my 7lb weights and occasionally switch out for 1.5lb spaghetti sauce cans (its all I have)...
