I think it's what I eat...

I've recently been away because I got a little discouraged. I was struggling with feeling like I wanted to eat ALL THE TIME. There are definately foods that make me feel MORE hungry. So, I think that I'll cut down my carb intake in addition to counting calories, getting my carbs from mainly fruits and whole grains and see how this goes. I thought that perhaps I would follow guidlines from Phase 2 of South Beach. Any words of wisdom?
