Flat tummy!

Does anyone know any ways to get a flat stomach? That's probably the hardest thing to lose. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong?:/

Hi there. Just to let you know, people are going to be brutal to you if you don't have an open food diary or tell us what you are doing that may be wrong. Add some pictures. Fill in your profile. Open your diary. That way we can have something to go on to be able to offer you advice.

    I'll check back :)

Unfortunately, you can't really spot reduce. Eat right, exercise, drink plenty of water and over time everything will take care of itself.
Fat loss is what helps with flattening the tummy. You lose fat all over. Depending how you are built, the tummy area may be less noticeable at first as you begin to lose.

Be good to your body and you will get good results. Be patient.

    Good luck!

As foxfirekenzie noted, you're going to have to supply some information before can really help.

Current height / weight along with target weight? Current body fat %?

Even if you're at a healthy goal weight, you could have too high a body fat % to have the flat, solidly muscled abdomen you want. If you lost a significant amount of weight quickly you could have loose skin that will slowly contract.

Again mentioning you can't spot reduce. Also, because that fat is protecting your organs, it will be the hardest and probably last area you'll lose fat from. Extremities and face often come first, even if you do core and ab exercises.

Diet's important, so make sure you're eating as clean as possible and drinking mostly if not all water.

I've been doing Insanity and Yoga. Finding that all the plank position workouts are really helping give me a flat firm tummy. I've got the dreaded skinny fat thing...my BF is 24% so it's going to take some work to get that down and lose the little jiggle belly.
