Fit-Flops

I don't know if anyone else has tried Fit-Flops, but they are a type of shoe that is supposed to give your legs and core a workout when you walk. One thing I can say for certain is that they sure are comfortable and help improve posture. I got mine from Footsmart, but I think they are sold in several places, plus they have their own site. There are not a bunch of options on styles at the moment.:frown: I think there are some other brands that have a similar function. Anyway I sure do love them, and best of all my usual chronically painful feet don't hurt!!:bigsmile: :happy: :happy: :happy:

never heard of them before today but they have some cute shoes!!

I have had mine for about a year. They are really comfortable but I do not think they really do anything. I have worn mine all day long, while taking long walks, and even on my elliptical and I feel no difference when I am wearing normal flip flops or shoes. I do not think they actually tone, but they are nice to walk in and are more sturdy than regular, paper thin flip flops.

Are you talking about the store that is called "Flip-Flop Shops". If so we do their decor. I haven't tried them but I am looking forward to shopping in the one that they are putting in close to me.
