Hi everyone,
I've had the app for myfitnesspal for about a year now but barely use it and now just starting to use it (although a bit hard to track down my meals here since I'm in Indonesia) and also the forum.

I'm Maureen, 33. I've lost about 35lbs in the past year from working out and clean eating. My goal now is to build muscles, being lean and make it a lifestyle to eat well and train hard.

Anyway, looking forward to make more friends here on this journey to be healthy and fit.
