Reboot

Hi,

I joined about a month ago at about 108 kilos although, thanks to my cack handed entry, I managed to mis-translate it into pounds and recorded it at 106. For three and a half weeks, everything went well and I lost weight pretty much on schedule, getting down to 105kg

This weekend though, I tried to be too clever by half. I thought I'd go on a long bike ride, burn 2-3000 calories and then eat them all.

I did the ride on Saturday, didn't quite eat all the calories and felt I'd done well. On Monday, I went to the gym, set a new pb on the rowing machine and then got onto the scales. 107kg. My girlfriend said it looked like I'd put some of it back on too. And then I went round to my Mum's...

All in all, a bad weekend.

So now, I need to get back on it.

As a way of providing myself with the proper motivation, I thought i'd fill out my profile and get on the boards.
