I was wondering if there is a way to calculate how many calories are burned during her No More Trouble Zones workout using 5lb weights and how many are also burned during her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism workouts? If it helps im 5'4" 125 pounds and the workouts I believe are circuit training for 45 minutes with a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down. Thanks :)

  • I wondered the same thing. It kicks my butt! I googled it and found some similar sites like this that had it listed around 500 calories burned for a person of 5'4", 150 lbs . . . hope that helps in some way.
