Hey all I am hoping someone will be able to help me or give a little advice my way.
Last week I fell off my work chair ( I know lol) since then I had a twinge in the side of my neck didnt really notice it much until this morning when I woke up and turned it cracked so loud and now I cannot move my neck or head to my right. I have tried but it causes me so much pain and discomfort.
I had to go straight to work ( I walk) and I have a driving lesson after i finish I have no access to get the the doctors or town before then and do not want to cancel as i will forfeit the £46 I paid for the lesson
Is there anything i can do ie movements or such do loosen my neck ?
Thanks in advance
