I am new to this site and just had a baby 6 weeks ago. I am using this site to better track my nutrition. I recently started working out again. I have a daily kettlebell routine and get 30-60 min of low impact cardio in daily. I hope to increase my cardio intensity soon! I want to get below my pre-pregnancy weight, my goal is to lose 34 more pounds in the next 3 months!

Welcome! Best of luck on your journey to a healthier you. Your goal is way to high- 34 pounds is a lot to lose in 1 year never mind in 3 months- Best of luck. Don't get discourage- try 1 pound a week sometimes our bodies will let you know when that type of weight lost will happen- just don't give up. I am not trying to take away your goals- as this would not be fair of me. Just be happy with progress that's all. I know it took me almost a whole year to lose that much weight and I workout almost every day- again I am not stop trying I want to lose another 20 pounds. So we are on the same journey. You can do it.0
