Workout 2 NSVs at once! :D

Re-started 30 Day Shred day one today! Had 2 NSVs!

NSV 1 - My endurance has really improved, only had to stop twice to catch my breath/rest! Each rest was the recommended 5 seconds! Way better than the first time when I was stopping 3 times in each section pretty much! :D

NSV 2 - I've been wearing the same pair of jogging bottoms throughout my weight loss, they started out too tight but they're comfy despite that so I've kept them. In the 1st set of jumping jacks today, they fell down!! :D I had to stop to haul them back up and tie the tie up!! : D

Sweaty and ecstatic right now!
