Hi, just discovered this site few days ago and started my program yesterday. I'm 33, I'm from Romania and only need to lose about 7kg and tone up but my secondary goal is to get used to a stable weekly training that I would be able to maintain for long time.I guess I'm trying to build a habit...
My program consists mainly from FigureRobics, Yoga and Pilates with a day a week open to experiments.
I still try to figure out how the system works, as I find tracking the food too complicated for now. My dieting is not really dieting: I am just careful to drink at least 2litres of water daily and a cup of green tea every morning (I'm a tea person:blushing: ) and do regular dry brushing.
