2 week tips

Im going on holiday in 2 weeks, i have been sticking to a 1200 calorie diet during the week and approx 1500 at weekends, i walk to work 3 times per week (1hr each day ) and i go to bootcamp 3 times a week. I have toned up in the 2months i have been doing bootcamp but currently have only lost a total of 2lbs since starting MFP again in June.
I do struggle to loose weight and i can except that this will be an uphill struggle but wondered if anyone has any tips to kick start my weight lose or drop a few extra pounds for holiday to boost my confidence??

Every now and then I do the two week cleanse (as I like to call it) and its based on Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet. I try to keep my carbs under 100g/day - only complex carbs and what is naturally in veggies. No processed food, sugar, etc.
Breakfast is usually 2 hard boiled eggs and slow cooked oatmeal. Lunch is 3-4 cups of salad (I like baby spinach and iceberg lettuce) with either a can of tuna (light in water, whole can) or 8oz of grilled chicken/turkey. Dinner is usually the same, sometimes I switch it up and do sauteed spinach with a little but of quinoa and an egg on top. And snack is non fat plain greek yogurt (I use the costco brand).
You can obviously eat as many times as you want to make up your calorie need because these foods and very low calorie. I find that this helps me when I get stuck. After these two weeks I slowly add one more serving of complex carbs and fruits. For every serving of fruit, I try two servings of vegetables. If you check out the http://www.cleaneatingmag.com/ site they have plenty of clean recipes you can try. I find that I feel so much better after two weeks. Hope this helps.0
