I did my first run last night I had planned to do week 1 of c25k but got a bit frustrated and went off and did a 5 mins on 1 off for 6 sets, now my feet are hurting on the soft tissue bit at the side/bottom of each foot is this normal? As I can barely walk. I know I will ache a bit from using new mussels but this is super painful

Were you wearing proper running shoes? If the shoes were old and worn, then this could cause the soft tissue pain. It would be a really good idea to go to a specialty running store and get fitted for running shoes if you plan to continue to run. They will analyse your gait and put you in the correct shoe for the way you run.0
