McDonald's breakfast biscuit

I'm at work (Shhhhh...) and my manager gave a egg cheese and bacon biscuit from McD's. After looking it up I couldn't eat it. At least not all of it. Just the inside. How do I count this?
Thanks.

Whoops, I misunderstood. I'd log it as just the cheese, egg and bacon.0

I'd say look up the calories of a generic biscuit or english muffin and subtract that from the total! I do that when I eat my McChicken without the bun0
-
Yep, log it as .5 and next time don't accept it! Tell them you ate already because it's high in sodium and fat content!0

If you didn't eat the biscuit, just log 1 egg and 1/2 serving of cheese and 1 or 2 strips of bacon (not sure how much is on it).0 -
You can probably look up the values for just a regular (plain) biscuit, and then subtract that from the values of the bacon egg and cheese biscuit.0
-
You could log the egg, the cheese and the bacon.0
-
Could you just seperate out the pieces? for example - 1 egg, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice of cheese?0
-
McDonald's usually breaks down what each items calories are, just look it up and subtract the biscuit total from the calories and create a new item for your breakfast for that amount. Somebody may have a better suggestion but at least it is a starting point, right?0

Use this site - http://calorielab.com/restaurants/mcdonalds/1 I didn't realize she skipped the biscuit. Still a good site.0

McDonald's has a nutrients calc. Check out the pieces you did eat on there. I wouldn't log it as half because the biscuit, which you didn't eat, is loaded.0
-
I didn't eat the biscuit, so it's just cheese, egg and bacon. Thanks, guys. Gotta go now!0

This! It is the most accurate way to get the calories right!0 -
Agreed with what others are saying. Look up the calories for the plan biscuit and subtract. And next time make some excuse as to why you can't eat it. McD's is crap for the body! It's not even real eggs, well, part of it is... part...0

hmm. I'm pretty surprised. If you go on the McDonalds website, it gives you the menu item and you can break down the ingredients individually. A bacon, egg and cheese biscuit is 420 calories total. If you subtract the biscuit, which is 260 calories alone, the guts of the sandwich is 160 calories. Thought it would be higher.0

I would log it as the item you ate.......bacon, egg and cheese.....from the site cheese is 50 cal, 3g prot, 3.5g fat, 1g carb, 230 sodium.....the bacon is 110 cal, 8g prot, 7g fat, 3g carb, 190mg sod....the egg is 25 cal, 2g prot, 2g fat, 0g carb, 05mg sod.......the biscuit is 260 cal, 5g prot, 12g fat, 33g carb, 740 mg sod.
Here is the link that allows you to customize their menu and tell youthe nutrional values.....

if you go to their website and look up the nutritional value of it..it allows you to take things away from it..like the biscuit or whatever else you remove!0

This is one of my favorite breakfasts; it may be absurdly bad for you, but man, it keeps me full all day.0

Wow! Way to break it down for her. Good Job!!0 -
I am a manager at a McD part time-its one full slice of cheese (I know their cheese slices are 50 cal a piece), 1 folded egg, and one strip of bacon broken in half. Although try searching BEC biscuit no biscuit, i know i have been able to find stuff that way when I eat stuff without buns. Keep in mind also that they use A LOT of butter to cook those eggs.0
