Okay.....My head is still spinning from this one.

Has anyone else noticed a difference in there height since loosing weight? When I was 252lbs I was 4' 11" I have been measuring my height at random times because I have felt taller. I am now 5' 2". Yes, I know how to read a tape measure. I work in flooring and using a tape measure is vital to my job! I have also been measured at the Doctors office and there was an increase there as well!

Please share if you have had this experience!

You were always 5'2" it is just when were heavier it literally was weighing you down. At least that is how it was explained to me.

I feel like I stand taller. My posture is considerably better.

Same here! I've grown from 5'2" to 5'3.75". I agree that it can probably be attributed to posture.

Lucky! I only gained about 1/4" of an inch. It's not just posture, but the extra weight can compress the spine (though just a tiny amount - probably where my 1/4" came from).
