Filling lunch under 300 calories

Healthy Life Whole Grain High Fiber Flaxseed Omega-3 Bread - Bread, 2 slices 80

Oscar Mayer - Louis Rich Hickory Smoked 98% Fat Freeturkey Breast , 4 slices 60

Heinz - Spicy Brown Mustard, 2 Tsp 0

Kellogg's Special K - Crackers - Italian Tomato & Herb, 24 Crackers 120

Fuze Healthy Infuzions - Tropical Punch, 16 fl oz - 10

Slice of lettuce - 2 cals

TOTAL: 282 Calories and I feel full :)

Only problem with this meal is it lacks vegies.... so sub the crackers :)

    Sounds great. Looks like you could add lettuce and a slice of tomato and it's complete.:flowerforyou:

    It's actually 272 calories. lower than you thought.:drinker:

    I forgot why I added 10? I think I added my drink twice... Yay me :)
    PS I did add lettuce but forgot to grab a tomato.... That would have made it 100 x's better!

    Add in some cut up green peppers. I eat them instead of potato chips now. They are great. Sometimes I even put them on my sandwich for a crunch. Best of all... it's about 30 cals for an entire green pepper.
