Tefal Actifry

Hi there!

I want to know how to find out the calories if I cooked McCains Oven French Fries in a Tefal Actifry. On the packet of chips it says:

Per 100g Frozen kcal 172
Per 100g Oven baked kcal 270

Also, I'm assuming 100g of frozen chips is less than 100g of cooked chips?

I want to be able to work out how many calories it will be if I put 100g of frozen chips into a tefal actifry.

I'm so confused, please help me!

    I :heart: LOVE:heart: my Tefal Actifry. Well worth the money. Best chips in my book.

    I did calamari rings in it the other day too (but they contain too much sodium), and I also do potato and pumpkin (small cubes) as my roast vegies with that little bit of oil, but that is about as far as I have got in cooking in it. Love the roast vegies.

    Next time I do chips, I am going to weigh them after they are cooked and see how much difference the weight is to frozen chips. I suppose we should log the cooked chips as that is the weight that is going into our stomach. Let me know what you think.
