Calculating Tefal Calories

Hi there!

I'm confused about how to calculate calories when using a Tefal Actifry. I never use oil to cook anyway and this makes my food dry, I've heard these machines make food taste like its fried without any oil. If this is true, will I still be eating the same calories and I would by grilling food with no oil? Will the only benefit be the taste rather than less fat or cals?

Ive heard its a total scam. Try just coating in crumbs and baking. You get the same effect.
