I was wondering is it best to workout at the same time everyday to get better results? I work 12 hr shifts and wont be able to get a workout in until the late evenings and on my days off my best time to workout is now when the kids are in school. Will this affect me getting the best results?

I honestly don't think it matters what time of the day you work out, your body cannot tell the difference whether it's morning or night.0

Thanks. I wasn't sure because i will be starting working out @ 8:30 at night and then again @ 8:30 am the next morning a few days a week. Wasn't sure if i needed to give my body a certain amount of time to soak in the workout or just go for it again.0

You will be fine, giving your body those 12 hours of rest is adequate enough for it to heal and relax.0
