Hello

I am about to join a new gym and they offer Feldenkrais classes. I have recently started New Rules of Lifting for Women which is a weight lifting program. I have read somewhere that Feldenkrais can be very beneficial when lifting weights. I was wondering if anyone on here has any experience with it? Would love to here some personal opinions on it.
