What do you do after the 30 days are up?

I am finishing up on the 30 Day Shred and just wondering what everyone does once they have finished. I don't want to lose all of this hard earned muscle:) Do you just start over on Level #1 or move on to a different DVD? I was thinking about this schedule: Mon-#1, Tues-#2, Wed-#3, Thur-#1, Fri-#2, Sat-#3, and Sun off. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

  • How did you find the 30 days? Did you lose? I am on day one (although I did it about 3 or 4 times over the past week).

I think you should keep going if you want to lose more weight OR do it every other day if you want to maintain the muscles.

I did the 30 day shred. Right now I am doing Couch to 5K and alternating on the off days with Jillian's workouts - Metabolism Boost and Trouble Zones. I may sneak in a shred level in there every once in awhile. I try to vary up my routines every 6 weeks or so, though, but that's just me. I would just stick to strength training a couple/few days a week and do cardio a few days a week. This is what I like to do but, whatever works for you. I have tons of different workouts I do. One can only take so much of Jillian!

I have done kettlebells/zumba/AE Active for the Wii/The Firm/Bowflex/Tredmill workouts. I may even join a gym in January but, not sure on that one yet. I kind of like working out at Home without anyone watching me. Good luck! You can always search what other people do on this site. Their are so many different challenges that people are into - it's awesome!
  • I didn't really lose any weight but my clothes are fitting a lot better. I didn't measure my inches so don't know exactly what I lost but was at least a couple of inches all over. I run 3 miles 4 days a week and 5 miles the fifth day. The shred really helped with my running. I feel really strong and not as winded, my heart rate has also came down on my runs. I just bought a Wii so maybe I'll try some of the workouts for that.
