40-50 lbs to lose

Hello Everyone! So in short, I have struggled with my weight my whole life--done everything known to man--nothing ever stuck. In 2009 I finally went through an experience depressing enough to get me on track for good (for the most part). I went from 200 to 150 in about 5 or 6 months through being extremely active and eating healthier versions of foods I like.

I am just under 5'3 by the way. My lowest weight has been 147 and that was summer of 2010. I went through some big life changes over the past 2 years since then and ended up gaining about 40 lbs back. I am now at 173ish and on a steady track to get back to where and I and beyond! I am unsure what my body will look like any lower than 147 so my goal for now is 125-130.

I am very active in road races and just fell in love in obstacle course racing. I have completed several 5ks, a trail 10k, and 2 half marathons. I also recently completed a Spartan Race (google it--they are amazing!) I am signed up for races pretty much every weekend until the end of November so it will be a busy and active Fall!

I am working 3 jobs (equal about 40-45 hours a week) and finishing up my second year of graduate school in Boston. I am excited to get this weight off and be active and healthy!!
