For those of you who log your runs, what type of log do you use? Do you use paper logs, website, app, spreadsheet....what? I want to start logging and want the best system!

Me too...although I'm not admitting to cheating, it's totally legit!

I use RunKeeper app on my phone. Logging is a snap. I just jog with my phone which I use for music anyway. My route, pace, and time are all automatically logged.

This is what I use too. Another plus for me is that it lets you map your runs and also includes the elevation run.

Runkeeper. I logged it manually on the website before I got the app.

I've been using Beginner Triathlete for years since I could log my bike and swim workouts too. But I really like Daily Mile and the route mapping tool.

I use Runkeeper as well. It tracks your distance, elevation, route and pace and calcs your calories as well as allows you to listen to music at the same time. You are able to pre pick a route as well and they have recently introduced goals/achievments to keep you motivated. Using the app on my phone is the easiest way. Just turn it on and hit start and it does all the work for you.

I did use Nike+ for a couple weeks but found it was wildly inaccurite if I was running under trees where the GPS signal wasn't great. It had me running a 1 minute mile...not that's not even possible!
