Confused, Worried, and need some help

Your diet makes me hungry. Not because of all of the good food that you are eating either. It's because you are barely eating anything.
Definitely adding more whole foods to your diet would be a plus. Whole grains, legumes, fruit and veggies would help on all counts, weight loss included.
***disclaimer*** I don't eat the way that I am gonna suggest to you. You can look at my diary if you like.
I followed a major diet company for many years and here is a basic guideline for what they offered. It worked for me the time it took me to get to goal. I think it is something you can work with if you are eating the standard american diet.
2 lowfat dairy
2 teaspoons of healthy oil like olive oil
5 or more fruits and veggies
8 glasses of water
multivitamin
whole grains
lean protein0
