Help! NEED central american recipe

Hi MFP'-ers,

So, I need to find three recipes from central american countries for the newspaper that I work for- with high resolution pictures- by today- like ASAP! and I figured why not ask my MFP community? Please help me out, I need this!!!!! I'm talking pupusas, Arroz Pinto, anything Costarrican, Guatemalan, Salvadorian, etc-ish.

Please please please reply here or message me. If you have a website with recipes this is the perfect way to put yourself out there because you will be given credit.
