Wow

I started counting calories as soon as I started to eat healthier. And I was calculating them religiously. I wanted to calculate all the other things but didn't know how much of each I would need or should have. After much research I figured up those numbers I needed. Well, today is my first day calculating everything, and let me just say it's a pain, BUT where the Wow comes in is. I'm looking at my over all numbers and I haven't even been realizing how much sodium things have and all that. I mean I tried to look and go light on sodium and carbs and things of that nature but they add up so quickly. I'm going to have to re-evaluate my pantry. And maybe then I will notice even more changes in my body, I hope (: That's all. I just wanted to say wow, it all adds up even if you think you're going light on something. Without writing it down you never know, you just guesstimate.
