Looking for friends who are following Paleo and lifting

Hello everyone!

I have recently started lifting after losing aprx 100 lbs. I am also transitioning to Paleo and would love feedback from anyone also working these two together.

I am a 48 yr old female and looking to tone and build muscle mass, any advice would be appreciated!

    I don't follow strict Paleo - but I try to eat 'cleaner' :wink: I do enjoy heavy lifting though. -Ashley :flowerforyou:

    I'm loosely following Paleo and I do strength training when not running. Feel free to add me but I have to say much of my food diary is in Dutch but I'm happy to translate.

    I have been lifting (I am still a newb to it) and will be doing paleo next week. I will be doing Whole 30 as my transition into it.
