CRUNCHY BROCCOLI
best ever broccolli, ever.
COOKS SO SO FAST,
HAVE ENTIRE REST OF MEAL DONE, AND TABLE SET.
Even ppl who say they don't like broccoli, will want seconds AND want the recipe, too.
what you need
4cups broccoli florets
1cup shredded carrots
1medium onion, sliced
2cloves garlic, minced
2Tbsp. water
1tsp. cornstarch
1/4cup vegetable broth
3Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1pkg. (6 oz.) Trail Mix Nuts, Seeds & Raisins
MAKE IT:
PLACE broccoli, carrots, onion, garlic and water in medium saucepan; cover. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook another minute, or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
COMBINE cornstarch, broth and teriyaki sauce. Stir into vegetable mixture; cover. Cook on medium heat until broccoli is tender (like a minute)
ADD trail mix; mix lightly. Serve warm.
DO NOT OVERCOOK.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
