Cycling my fat away whilst trying not to hit the bottle

Just saying hello, i have an open diary, i am cycling an average of 20km every morning whilst i can in order to help get rid of the excess weight i carry, i need to loose about 2 1/2 stone im currently a uk size 16 but want to get back to at least a 12 which i was pre baby 4yrs ago. Am up for a bit of motivation and chat going both ways :) either that or i hit the shop for a bottle of wine :/

    Hello. lol I was just saying to myself, quit drinking wine and get on that spin bike you have sitting in your room. I am trying to get rid of my flab too! Good luck!! I hope you have better luck staying away from with wine than I do.

    Thanks, im doing my best, got to start somewhere, at the moment i have done about 80 miles when converted from kms...its been hard, but not as hard as trying not to stuff my face with rubbish. my god that is harder!!!

    Cycling will get the weight off, however you still have to watch what you eat. Ny diary is open if you want to look at it.

    i have measured my middle and have lost about 5cms in just over a week or so, not weighed myself though, if i do roughly the same every day cycling and eating what i am will it take long to lose 26lbs do you think? Trying to keep positive that its all worth it..
