Net calories 1500..weight is steadily the SAME!!

Hey guys!! So I have my calories set at 1500. I'm pretty active during the week, plus I run at least 5x a week. I used to log every single workout, but because I wasn't losing any weight, I kind of stopped doing that, and only logged my workouts if I went over my 1500 calories in day. I really just don't know what to do...I still have weight that I want to lose!!! GRRRRR

If you don't want to open your diary up, then let us know what your BMR is, your activity level, and an average daily calorie burn from exercise.0 -
Ok...I think I fixed my log so it can be seen now! But anyways, my BMR is 1440 and I am moderately active. (I lifeguard for work, plus I run at least 5 times a week, usually 6 and do a Jillian Michaels DVD 3-4x a week)0

Quick additional question after having seen the log: Are you logging everything? I am seeing a paucity of vegetables.
I can't say for sure what is going on, but let me just throw out a couple of ideas:
1. Is it possible that you are exercising enough that you are worrying your body about getting enough calories?
2. Is it possible that erratic eating habits are getting in the way (I'm seeing a lot of processed foods, plus a lot of meal skipping)?0 -
Those are both totally possible...I usually don't log my veggies unless I know I have eaten a lot of them (like 50 calories wise) or if I'm eating them with sauces. Also, I am very guilty of skipping meals. I get so busy and just forget to eat, and end up starving and having to get a bagel or then just gorging on whatever I can when I get home. I do always stay within my calorie limits (for the most part)...which I thought was the main idea! And I definitely need to get better at logging all my fruits and veggies...and eating more of them in general! Do you think I could be eating too little?0

Try logging everything and see where you actually stand calorie wise...veggies and all. You may be eating more than 1500 cals.0
