Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the Y twice - Elliptical 40 minutes and Yoga class

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate fairly healthy.. til the oreo attack at 9pm..

    What would I have done differently? Not ate HALF the package of oreos.

    What is today's personal goals? To eat healthy and do the 30 day shred

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Didn't self-sabotage and kept my cutoff at 9 p.m.

    What would I have done differently?
    Drank more water.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories, go to the gym and exercise slightly (still got sinus issues), and get my water intake up.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate well until I went to a program for my staff...then downhill; worked hard in my spin class

    What would I have done differently? Not ate cookies at the program

    What is today's personal goals? First day of Biggest Loser in our office. Not eat sweets today! :)

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I did, and I'm sore enough today to serve as proof!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did two work out routines and stayed active in between (I threw myself a one-person dance party).

    What would I have done differently? I would have skipped that glass of wine before bed.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and work out despite my soreness.
