Down 1/2 lb. for me this week ... Well I pretty sure I won't make my original goal for Christmas but I'm going to try for 169 lbs instead ... good luck all.

Good morning all! I am back after a week of family and eating and amazingly....
Week 13 October 7 184 No loss but we sat around watching the Twins game last night drinking wine!

Week 14 October 14 180 I am so happy. I have been struggling this whole challenge and Sunday morning I woke up and made up my mind to really push myself from now until Christmas and then reset my goals after the holidays.
Week 15 October 21 184 back up..but I ate a lot of tasty but salty food yesterday for my birthday.
Week 16 October 28 182 back down 2...can you say rollercoaster?
Week 17 November 4 181 I'll Take a pound a week.
Week 18 November 11 182sad Maybe its because of the bad weekend.. or I added more weight
training.
Week 19 November 18 184. No excuses just a bad stressful week!

Week 1 July 22 - 300.4 down 2.6 I'll take it!
Week 2 July 29 – 300.4 No loss but after camping last weekend I’m surprised I didn’t gain. Hopefully next week will show a loss.
Week 3 August 5 - 299.6 -.8 lost really been struggling. Still trying though.
Week 4 August 12 – 296 -3.6 woohoo!!!!!
Week 5 August 19 – 293.8 -2.2 Yeah! I didn’t blow it on my camping trip last weekend.
Week 6 August 26 – 292.3 -1.5 Woo hoo! Might make it to my goal next week! I sure hope so! Total of 10.7 lost since we started.
Week 7 September 2 Labor Day is Monday - hope to be @ 290 by today. 291.4 lost .9 this week and didn’t make my goal Oh well, there’s always next week.
Week 8 September 9 – 287.2 4.2 lost Woo hoo! I’m only a few days late but I’m definitely below 290 now.
Week 9 September 16 – 285.8 1.4 lost total of 17.2 since we started
Week 10 September 23 – 284.6 1.2 lost total of 18.4 so far. Doubting that I’ll make my 280 goal by next week though.
Week 11 September 30 Eli’s birthday – 283 lost 1.6 total of 20 so far. I didn’t make it to my 280 goal by today but I’m close. Maybe next week.
Week 12 October 7 – 280.4 2.6 pounds lost. I will take this as my 280 goal met. 22.6 pounds lost total.
Week 13 October 14 – 280.0 .4 lost. Not all that impressive. Going to have to try harder. 23 pounds total
Week 14 October 21 – 274 6.0 LOST!!! I don’t know what happened but I’m absolutely THRILLED with it. Let’s just hope it sticks.
Week 15 October 28 – 274.6 ;-P .6 gained but that’s alright. After such a big loss last week I didn’t expect a loss this week. I’m still working at it though.
Week 16 November 4 – 273.8 down .8 since last week. At least I’m headed in the right direction now.
Week 17 November 11 – 271.4 down 2.4 since last week. Woo Hoo! 31.6 lost since we began in July.
Week 18 November 18 – 271.8 up .4 just stressing to much. Hopefully I’ll be in the 260’s next week.
Week 19 November 25 Thanksgiving is Tomorrow! – 268.4 down 3.4 Maybe I will get to my goal by Christmas. Total of 34.6 lost since we started.
Week 20 December 2 – 268.2 lost .2 I’ll take that with it being a Holiday week last week.

Well I've been BAD. I had the flu and then I had company, and I'm recovering from both equally.:ohwell: I could not exercise and ate more this past week than I've eaten in like 6 months!!!:noway: Well, I'm taking full responsibility, and it's good to know that even when weeks like this happen, I'm still able to get back on track. That's why it's a lifestyle change and not a diet. I gained 2 pounds back but I know they'll come off.
I'm so proud of everyone in this group thriving!!!! You are all doing such an amazing job! :flowerforyou:

As always I will weigh in Saturday morning. I can say right now that I feel amazing. The slacks that I wear to work are getting really big on me again. I have already had them altered once. It will have to be done again soon. Even if I have not lost this week, I know I have lost inches. I can not wait till the end of next week to do my measurements again. It is great feeling so good about myself, I will NEVER go back to the way I was. This is my new way of life and I love it. This is the best gift I could have given myself. Remember that what we are doing today affects us tomorrow. Make the right choices and know that it is the best decision you ever made to make yourself healthier and happier for it. Everyone is doing great. Keep up the awesome work. We can make it to our goals, just keep pushing through, journalling your food and exercise. You can do it.
A side note, I did sneak a peek at my weight this morning. I shouldn't have, but I did and there is nothing I can do about it now. I am at the same weight that I was this last Saturday. That actually is not so bad. At least I did not gain. I do know that I have lost more inches in this second phase of P90X and that is just as important as the pounds, if not more so.
