Looking for recent post baby friends

Hi I'm Sam and new to this site. I'm a wife and mum to a 10 month daughter. I'm looking for other women who have also recently had babies and are looking to start shedding their extra pregnancy weight. I'm not worried about age or fitness levels just want some supportive and motivating friends, and even success stories from women who have successfully gotten back to their pre pregnancy weight. After developing a severe case of Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) throughout my pregnancy I'm been left permanently weakened and unable to do any high impact exercise/sport. I mostly walk and do weight/light cardio workouts. Is their anybody out their that is also limited due to this condition? Id love to hear what you do to keep fit
