Okay, shoppers, help me pick a Vegas dress...

Some of you asked for details, I'd be happy for your help!!

I am 5'7 and 178 lbs. all the extra weight is in my midsection. I could lead the itty bitty committee, so (in general) I prefer to wear a padded bra underneath. ( otherwise nothing ever fits! ) At this rate, I will be a size 12 when we go to Vegas.

I won't wear anything super super short or totally strapless.

I like cold shoulder dresses, one shoulder dresses, halters, dresses with slits up the sides.

Love the lace look, but it has to be lined.

Extra points for dress that are ruched or otherwise slimming.

Black, pink, blue, purple, darker colors... No yellow / orange / lime green.

I am absolutely clueless... I so much prefer modest dressing, but Vegas isn't really the place.

Edit : my budget is about $250 if it's something I ABSOLUTELY adore.
