0 Cal, 0 fat, 0 carb Sweet Snack

Hey! So this morning in the middle of making my omlette I saw I had no eggs so my fiance ran out to get some eggs and in the mean time I was HUNGRY! I didn't want to eat anything though because I had already entered my breakfast on the site and every calorie was accounted for. SO....WHAT TO DO? Well, I got out some carbinated water, added crystal light fruit punch powder and had a YUMMY filling sweet "snack" to tide me over until my eggs arrive!
I think it's agreat idea for many reasons. One like I mentioned above, or let's just say you are craving something sweet or in that place during the day where you are not hungry...but you feel like having something anyway! o calories, 0 fat, 0 carbs! WoooHooo!
PLUS more than that I want to say "AMY! GO YOU! You rocked today!" I am proud of myself for having self control, finally. For not just snacking on some cheese or ANYTHING I could get my hands on while waiting for my eggs to arrive. This really might be the time I lose it all guys because this morning I showed not only self control but also the knowledge to STOP and THINK before I eat.

P.S. HEY! I have lost 2 lbs. How come my little icon doesn't show it?

Congrats on the self revalation about thinking before eating. Sounds like this could be "the time" for you.
As for your loss not showing, some questions: 1) did you enter your starting weight in the check in area? Have you recorded a new lower weight there?
If you have done both those things, the problem might be with your ticker coding, and you may need to go to the modify signature link to correct it. If you can't figure out what to correct, you could always delete your ticker and re enter it through the tools area.

Careful on the crystal light though, artificial flavour, colour and sweetener!!!! Many of which are dangerous for your health!!! Better to have an apple and feed your cells the nutrition they need!0

I used to drink those all the time in college. Then my dentist informed me that the backs of my molars were nearly orange. I figured, anything that turns my teeth colors must be candy and therefor cannot be good for me.
My new addiction is Snapple Diet Teas (lower in dyes and same acidity, my dentist says).

My company stocks our kitchen with every soda and juice imaginable--all sugar water--and this is the one thing with no sugar and no artificial sweetner (I'm alergic to Splenda). The lemon and peach flavors are amazing! Only thing to keep in mind is the sodium, 10mg in a bottle. Healthier than my old 2 cups of coffee by a long shot, though.

I suppose. My thought though is anything in moderation, right? So 2-3 a month won't hurt! :-)0
